About the Service
Longford Court in Neath, Wales, includes four residential homes – Ty Coed, Ty Mawr, Ty Mynydd, and Ty Canol – and one bungalow – Ty Coed Bungalow. Together, we support 21 residents. 

About the Role
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.

This advert is for full time positions at 37 Hours per week, at Ty Coed.

Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.

Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred.
