Build Recruitment are on the lookout for a BANKSMAN/TRAFFIC MARSHALL for a site in Flint

Job Title: Banksman
Location: Flint
Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Pay: £15.50 PAYE upto £19 Umbrella PAYE
Payment Frequency: Weekly

We are currently seeking an experienced Banksman for a key project based in Leicester. This is a fixed-term contract role, offering steady work for 6 to 12 months, with the potential for extension depending on project progression.

Responsibilities:

• Directing vehicles and plant machinery on and around site

• Ensuring the safe movement of heavy vehicles and materials

• Communicating effectively with drivers, operators, and ground personnel

• Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and site protocols

• Supporting site operations as required by the site manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshal
   

• Valid CSCS Card and NPORS Banksman/Traffic Marshal certification

• Excellent communication and spatial awareness

• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards

Additional Information:

• Start date: July 8th

• Weekly pay 

• Full-time hours: 42.5 hours per week
