Customer Service Representative
This is a lovely temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced CSR to join a friendly team and deliver a first class service to the firm's customers.
The Role
Day to day you will be:
- Responding to queries on the telephone and via email
- Building relationships with customers
- Supporting the sales team, upselling products where appropriate
- Working as part of a friendly team
- Maintaining compliance and necessary data
- Liaising with internal and external colleagues
- Performing ad-hoc duties as required
You will need:
- Experience in providing first class customer service
- Ideally telephone based experience - call centre/contact centre or inbound/outbound calls
- First rate communication skills, able to build rapport with customers
- Some experience of handling complaints and resolving issues amicably and successfully
- Team player attitude and computer literacy
This temporary role is office based five days a week, paying £13 an hour.
The intention is very much for the successful temporary hire to prove themselves and transition into a permanent contract.
