Team Assistant | Hybrid | Maternity Contract (12 months + ) Client facing, varied and involved team support role, working with 4 Client Relationship Managers and the Operations Manager to provide a 5* service to HNW clients. Working in a Team Assistant capacity the duties of this role will include; Managing enquiries to the team via email and over the phone Onboarding new clients onto the Salesforce system Finance administration Assistant with client marketing, events and communications Project administration and organisational support Producing reports The company offers outstanding benefits including hybrid working, with 2 days a week expected in the office, and flexible hours.
