We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support the founder of a successful and ambitious consumer brand operating at pace. This is a high-trust, high-output role at the centre of the business. You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to fast-moving priorities, helping the founder operate effectively across both business demands. This is not a traditional EA role - it is a business enablement position in a high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly and execution matters most. Responsibilities will include: Full diary and inbox management with fast prioritisation and responsiveness Coordinating meetings, travel and daily logistics across multiple time zones Acting as gatekeeper to protect founder time and focus Supporting wider business operations, coordination and project work Streamlining workflows and improving how things are run across the business Introducing smarter systems, automation and AI-led efficiencies Liaising with internal teams, investors and external stakeholders Providing full business support with discretion and speed What we’re looking for: Experience supporting founders or senior leaders in fast-paced environments Confident using workflow systems (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.) Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments Tech literate with a strong interest in better, faster ways of working Strong communicator with excellent responsiveness (able to reply quickly when needed) Naturally solutions-led, with a mindset geared towards improvement and ownership Comfortable using AI tools and open to embedding them into daily workflows Fast-paced, ambitious and highly collaborative. The team operates with a strong bias to action, high standards and an expectation of ownership at every level.
