We are currently looking for a polished Receptionist to join our boutique finance client based in Marylebone. This is a hands-on role where you will cover all elements of front of house, as well as general office administration for the wider team. This is a standalone position and requires someone proactive who will take ownership of the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring everything runs smoothly. They are a close-knit, welcoming, and friendly team who genuinely enjoy working together. The responsibilities of the Receptionist include, but are not limited to: Meeting and greeting guests and VIPs Answering mainline phones Providing light Office Manager support Calendar management for senior team members Managing meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings Travel bookings, visas, and wider travel support Ad hoc administration (with scope to take on more responsibility if desired) The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar front-of-house, Reception, or Administrative position A background in boutique financial or professional services, which is highly advantageous The ability to work 5 days a week in the office A proactive, organised, and level-headed approach A willingness to roll up their sleeves and muck in Bain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer.
