Front of House Supervisor | Monday - Friday. We are The Salad Project, London's answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a twelve store operation, expanding across London. Role | FOH Supervisor 40 hours per week To work under our restaurant managers To lead one service a day To help manage our team members To implement & improve service processes To monitor & implement hygiene best practices To help maintain our 5* hygiene rating
