Job Description Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts. Prepare accurate financial reports and maintain up-to-date financial records. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes with efficiency. Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management. Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts as required. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The Successful Applicant A successful Bookkeeper should have: Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
