Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Provide management reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and financial risk Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and commercial decisions Coordinate with external auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls such as reporting automation and cycle-time reduction through collaboration cross functionally The Successful Applicant Shipping Industry experience highly desired Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Significant experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally in a managerial / leadership capacity Ideally possessing international experience Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Knowledge of local and international accounting standards What's on Offer Above market base salary, strong bonus, pension, healthcare
