Job Description
We are currently looking for temp EA's based in Central London for holiday and sickness cover as well as longer term bookings such as maternity contracts. These roles typically pay between £18 and £25 hour with hours of . Most of our clients are Finance companies such as Private Equity Firms or Investment Banks and are based in the West End. Previous EA experience in a corporate environment is essential. The role Diary management – scheduling meetings and appointments Inbox management – monitor and respond where appropriate Meeting management - scheduling, preparing rooms and documentation, taking minutes and highlighting Action Points Board support – preparation of Board papers, collation and distribution Relationship management/ Point of contact – internal and external ensuing highest levels of service at all times Managing logistics for all travel arrangements, including visas and any necessary paperwork, itineraries and agendas Maintaining up to date filing system and data base management Events management – coordination of events for clients and internal teams Preparing monthly expense claims
