Our client, a high-growth, technology-led FX business backed by $25m in venture capital and founded by industry-leading entrepreneurs. The firm is entering a significant scale-up phase and with world-class infrastructure, strong liquidity lines, and a focus on building a best in-class sales function, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal moment in it's growth. You'll be part of building a desk from the ground up, gaining hands on experience in FX sales while developing into a high-performing revenue generator. Experience in sales, BD, or a client-facing role (FX experience beneficial but not essential), highly commercial mindset with a strong desire to succeed, comfortable with cold-calling and proactive outreach, confident and polished communicator, both on the phone and in-person, energetic, driven, resilient, ambitious, collaborative, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and successful environment.
