PA to Founder & Candidate Resourcer – Global Recruitment Business. £30-40k plus bonus. Fully remote. Private Healthcare. Wellbeing allowance. Off sites. An exciting opportunity to join a growing, global recruitment business with a collaborative, high-performing and fast-paced culture. This is a varied role with a strong focus on candidate resourcing, alongside PA support to the Founder, with additional exposure to marketing and events. It would suit someone who is highly organised, people-focused and tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in recruitment and talent. The position is fully remote, however you will need to be available to meet in person in London at least fortnightly, as well as attend monthly events. The Role: You will play a key role in identifying, engaging and managing high-calibre candidates, whilst also acting as a trusted support to the Founder. Responsibilities will include: Candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter Screening, engaging and building relationships with high-calibre candidates Managing candidate pipelines and supporting live search processes PA support to the Founder, including diary and personal support Supporting marketing activity and assisting with the organisation and delivery of events and roundtables Using AI and marketing tools to support sourcing, outreach and brand visibility The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent-focused roles Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI and marketing tools Bright, personable and a natural self-starter who thrives in a remote environment Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly Polished, articulate and highly organised Proactive, motivated and commercially aware Can be self employed/ Freelance or PAYE
