The executive operates internationally, so the role requires seamless coordination across multiple locations. DUTIES TO INCLUDE: • Complex inbox and diary management across multiple time zones • Developing and maintaining systems to track priorities, projects and correspondence • Drafting and managing high-level communications on behalf of the executive • Coordinating complex international travel and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are managed seamlessly • Managing expenses and supporting with basic financial administration • Working collaboratively with a wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems • Supporting with ad hoc projects, research and event coordination • Assisting with internal team administration where required • Taking a proactive and solutions-focused approach to all aspects of the role ESSENTIAL CRITERIA • 5–7+ years’ EA experience supporting a senior executive or within a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital tools • Highly proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented • Comfortable working outside standard hours when required • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Willingness to travel as needed, often with short notice • Degree or equivalent experience preferred • Strong, verifiable references
