What you’ll be doing: Greeting guests, clients, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism Managing visitor check-ins and maintaining accurate records Coordinating meeting room arrangements, refreshments, and guest comfort Handling incoming calls efficiently and directing enquiries appropriately Supporting day-to-day office administration and team needs Managing post, deliveries, and courier services Keeping reception and shared spaces immaculate and aligned with high standards Liaising with internal teams and external service providers Assisting with office operations, maintenance coordination, and supplier visits Organising catering, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics Supporting internal events and ensuring meeting spaces are fully prepared What we’re looking for: A confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach Experience in a premium customer-facing environment (corporate, hospitality, or similar) Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting Competence with common office tools and communication platforms A polished, professional presence and a commitment to exceptional service
