Executive Assistant Financial Services West End Up to £70K depending on prior experience Permanent Hybrid, 9am - 5 1-EAEve/NCWLW About the Client: Our client is a boutique wealth management firm, located in stunning offices in the heart of the West End. They are looking for an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. About the Executive Assistant role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique wealth management firm as an Executive Assistant. This is a varied role, and will offer the opportunity to be a true 1:1 support to the CEO, as well as assisting with marketing, events coordination and other ad-hoc tasks across the firm. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Inbox and calendar management Expense management Occasional personal work Assisting the Marketing Director with the creation and assembly of marketing materials for external stakeholders Proofreading of legal/external-facing documents End-to-end co-ordination of company events, both for client-facing and internal Any additional ad hoc tasks which may arise Candidate Specification: Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is essential; experience supporting at executive or C-suite level is preferable Experience organising company events is extremely desirable Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail Organised, able to manage multiple priorities Proactive, can-do attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Information: Salary up to £70K, plus discretionary bonus - depending on prior experience Hybrid, 1 day per week working from home (Fridays) West End location Core hours are 9am - 5.
