Our client, a highly successful Litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Human Resourcing Assistant to join their busy team in their London offices on a 6 month contract basis. Candidates must have proven experience in an HR environment in a known City law firm including all aspects of general HR administration - so they are able to hit the ground running.. Day to day tasks will include : dealing with agencies to set up interviews, organising contracts of employment and offer letters, liaising with payroll to set up new starter details, co-ordinating induction days, dealing with holiday and sickness records; supporting trainee recruitment and co-ordination annual salary and bonus reviews. This role would also involve co-ordinating the firm's Wellbeing initiatives - a chance to be creative! Candidates must also have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. You must also be driven, confident, pro-active and able to deal with all levels (partners, clients, secretaries, other support teams).
