An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private PA to support a UHNW Chairman within his private family office in South West London- this is a fully office based position. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role suited to someone who thrives in a demanding environment and takes pride in delivering seamless, discreet support. You will act as a true right hand, managing complex schedules, personal and household matters, and ensuring the Chairman’s day-to-day life runs efficiently. You must be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating within established systems and processes. This role requires a high level of flexibility, including being on call 24/7 and working with a strong, demanding character. Discretion, resilience, and a calm, solutions-focused approach are essential. Requirements: Degree educated Full UK driving licence Previous experience supporting UHNW individuals Strong organisational skills with a process-driven mindset Flexible and adaptable, with a “no task too big or small” attitude Willingness to travel (approximately twice per year) This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and professional Private PA looking for a long-term role within a prestigious family office environment.
