Our client, an award-winning wealth management partnership, is looking for a highly organised and resilient Team Assistant to support their busy Family Office on a hybrid four days in-office, one day work-from-home basis. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, so the ideal candidate will be someone who thrives under pressure, manages their time effectively, and consistently delivers to a high standard. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar support role, ideally within financial services, and will be comfortable working with multiple individuals and banks. Day-to-day, you will be managing a high volume of work, so strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and confident use of Microsoft Office are all essential. Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and demanding clients will be a distinct advantage. You will be a collaborative team player who can maintain professionalism and discretion and handle sensitive information with care at all times. A proactive problem-solver by nature, you will take ownership of tasks from start to finish, adapt readily to change, and support colleagues and senior management alike. Education to A-level or equivalent is required. Hours: 9:00am โ€“ 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Based: Hybrid (option 1-day WFH) Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing comprehensive administrative support, including drafting and proofreading correspondence, diary management, and scheduling meetings. Maintaining accurate client records, both electronically and in hard copy, and preparing paperwork for client meetings and business submissions. Acting as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, liaising across departments, including investment and operational teams. Assisting with event planning and organising both internal and client-related events. Ensuring compliance with client service requirements and supporting team members with ad-hoc tasks as required. ***Joyce Guiness is one of the most established support recruitment agencies in London.
