Junior Private House PA (Based from office in Household (Chelsea) £45k + bonus This is a wonderful opportunity to assist in supporting this high profile and extremely likeable individual with a busy and interesting life/lifestyle. Based within the household office you will work closely with the Senior EA who has been with the family years (helpful & lovely person). You will have some experience working in a private capacity (ideally within a household or it would suit and ex-yachtie looking for a land based role to learn and grow in. There is a wedding coming up so lots or planning, dress fittings which you will assist with. Ideally you will be a driver and happy to run errands/shopping for the Principal and house. You will have up to date tech and be organised with a hands on and helpful personality.  Used to working in a highly confidential and discrete manner you will assist with all the household administration, deliveries & organisation of this individuals life under the guidance of the Senior PA. The Principal has household staff (Chef/Housekeeper) and a beautiful Estate in Oxford with 3 gardeners, housekeeper and a maintenance couple. Dog lover essential as there is a German Shepherd in the house (v friendly) Below is a summary of the duties involved in the role but this will increase/change as time goes on as you become more familiar with the role and expectations.  This is a top opportunity to learn and grow in a Private PA role for a well presented person eager to become part of this happy team.  Willing to go the extre mile now and again. Creating and maintaining an order and returns file. Checking post on a daily basis and arranging collection of post from other addresses twice each week. Maintaining holiday staff rota for holidays, time in lieu etc Update house staff with weekend schedule, list of guest names etc Booking weekend security as and when required Running errands on a daily basis, post office, returns etc Ensuring house car is fuelled Ordering stationary Purchasing, wrapping and delivering gifts Organising dog care, grooming, food orders, dog walking rota, vet visits and insurance claims Keeping the holiday packing and washbag lists up to date Helping the Chef prepare for Christmas hampers, creating a labels file and printing labels. Booking couriers and transfers Keeping track of WhatsApp groups to add to the to do lists on Trello. Keeping house bibles up to date with new information Assisting with event planning and execution. Assisting keeping art, furniture and fabric inventories up to date. Friendly, helpful and discrete with a willingness to learn are essential attributes or this role.
