A highly organised and proactive Private Personal Assistant is required to support a ultra-high net worth individual based in Doha. This is a long-term opportunity to work closely with the Principal and a trusted team, providing seamless day-to-day lifestyle and administrative support. The role requires a discreet, adaptable, and resourceful individual who can anticipate needs and manage a wide range of personal and logistical responsibilities in a fast-paced, international environment. The role is typically Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, though flexibility is essential, with occasional evenings and weekends required depending on the Principal’s schedule. There will be international travel as part of the role, so a willingness to travel is important. The client is open to candidates relocating to Doha and will provide relocation support where needed. DUTIES TO INCLUDE: • Provide high-level personal and administrative support to the Principal • Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including private jets, yachts, and accommodation • Arrange transportation, including chauffeurs and airport transfers • Handle personal errands, household bills, and administrative tasks • Organise events, social engagements, and special occasions (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries) • Manage personal shopping and gifting requirements • Coordinate medical appointments and personal health-related bookings • Oversee property maintenance, liaise with contractors, and manage renovation projects • Travel internationally with the Principal as required • Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as needed ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience as a Private PA supporting HNW/UHNW individuals • Highly organised with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times • Tech-savvy with strong administrative and logistical capabilities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Culturally aware and experienced working in international settings • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Strong, checkable references
