Executive Assistant - Leading Law Firm Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30 Hybrid working: Hybrid working (3/2) Location: West End (London) Salary: Competitive + excellent firm benefits Are you an experienced, confident and relationship‑driven EA looking to support senior Partners within a high‑performing, people‑focused law firm? We're partnering with a leading firm seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support Partners within their Banking and Finance Team. Key responsibilities include: Taking full ownership of complex diaries and meeting logisticsManaging inboxes on behalf of Partners, prioritising messages and drafting responsesHandling compliance, billing and wider financial processesSupporting BD and Marketing with events, seminars and client engagementEnsuring all diary and travel information is accurately captured and updatedWhat we're looking for: A confident, polished EA with experience supporting senior stakeholdersStrong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing deadlinesExcellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong internal/external relationshipsExperience within banking is a bonus If you're a proactive EA who enjoys supporting at senior level, loves variety and wants to be part of a warm, reputable firm, we'd love to hear from you Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
