Private PA (Senior, Part-Time) Berkshire Competitive Salary commensurate with experience We are seeking an exceptional, highly organised Private PA to support a dynamic HNW family based in Berkshire. This is a senior, varied role combining household management, property oversight, and traditional PA responsibilities. It offers a high degree of autonomy and would suit an experienced candidate looking for a flexible, part-time position with real ownership. Key Responsibilities Overseeing the smooth running of the principal residence, including management of household staff and coordination of maintenance Managing a portfolio of rental properties, including refurbishment projects, contractor coordination, and financial oversight Liaising with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Assisting with event planning and delivery, from family occasions to larger on-site events Managing household administration, including diary management, travel arrangements, and personal correspondence The Candidate We are looking for a highly capable, resourceful individual with proven experience as a Private PA or in a comparable high-level role supporting a private household. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple concurrent projects Strong initiative and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision Commercial awareness, with the ability to source and manage high-quality contractors and suppliers Excellent attention to detail and consistently high standards Discretion, professionalism, and a calm, solutions-focused approach A practical, adaptable mindset is essential, along with a genuine willingness to take ownership and continuously improve how the household operates. Working Pattern This is a part-time role (circa 4 days per week) with flexibility in how those hours are structured. The role will typically involve: Around 2 days per week based at the principal residence in Berkshire The remaining time working remotely We are open to how the working week is arranged (either across four full days or shorter days spread across the week), depending on the candidate’s preference and the needs of the household. Given the nature of the role, occasional flexibility around events or time-sensitive matters will be required, but we aim to maintain a balanced and sustainable working pattern.
