Calling All 2026 Graduates! Junior Private Personal Assistant Salary: £40,000–£50,000 (DOE) Location: Kensington (Private Residence) A rare and exciting opportunity for a high-calibre graduate to launch a career as a Junior Private Personal Assistant within a prestigious private household based in Kensington. This role is ideally suited to a recent academic graduate (2:1 or First-Class degree preferred, from a leading university) seeking a first role in the private PA space. You will work closely with a private family in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment that requires absolute discretion, initiative, and emotional maturity. Please note: this is a fully on-site role within a private residence; remote working is not available. You will support the private family across all core Private PA responsibilities, including but not limited to: Complex diary and travel management Research projects, document preparation, and summarising information Property administration and coordination Managing logistics, events, and entertainment Overseeing school calendars and wider family schedules Liaising with household and domestic staff You will be based within the private residence and work alongside a wider household team Ideal Candidate: A recent graduate with a 2:1 or First-Class degree Exceptionally articulate with excellent written and spoken English Highly organised with strong attention to detail Quick-thinking, emotionally intelligent, and intellectually capable Proactive, flexible, and calm under pressure Confident making decisions and working independently Seeking a long-term, secure role within a private household environment Competitive salary of up to £50,000 on offer for the right candidate Immediate Start!
