Legal PA | International Law Firm | Finance | 3:2 Hybrid Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30 Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home Location: Liverpool Street, London Salary: Competitive up to £54k dependent on experience Are you a highly organised, proactive Legal PA looking to take the next step in a fast‑paced, high‑performing finance practice? This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious global law firm renowned for its collaborative culture, excellence, and commitment to developing its people. We're partnering with a leading international law firm seeking a confident, detail‑driven Legal PA to support a small group of senior Partners within their Finance team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of a busy Finance practice. You'll take full ownership of diary management, complex international travel, financial processes, document production, and client coordination. Your ability to anticipate needs, stay several steps ahead, and work with accuracy under pressure will make you indispensable to the team. Key responsibilities include: Managing complex, ever‑changing diaries across multiple time zonesHandling inbox management on behalf of Partners, prioritising and responding where appropriatePreparing and amending documents, correspondence, presentations and reportsOpening new matters, ensuring accuracy and full complianceBuilding strong relationships across the team and acting as a trusted partner to fee‑earnersWhat we're looking for: Strong experience as a Legal PA within a City or international law firmExperience supporting senior or high‑profile individualsExperience with E-Billing essentialFamiliarity with finance/transactional practices is beneficialAdvanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; some Excel)A strong team player with a flexible and positive mindsetWhy join this firm?
