Legal EA – Commercial Litigation / Disputes London | Hybrid A high-performing international law firm is looking for an experienced Legal PA to join its top-tier Litigation & Disputes team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a group of lawyers working on complex, high-profile matters across areas such as investigations, crisis management, and cross-border disputes. The Role This is a busy, fast-paced position where you’ll act as a true right-hand support to fee earners. You’ll be trusted to manage competing priorities, stay one step ahead, and ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include: Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones Coordinating meetings, calls and international travel Preparing and formatting legal documents, reports and presentations Managing billing processes, including amending narratives and handling invoices Supporting with matter administration, document management and filings Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Ensuring lawyers are fully prepared for meetings with all relevant materials What They’re Looking For 4+ years’ experience as a Legal PA within litigation / disputes Strong understanding of legal processes and working in a high-pressure environment Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels Advanced MS Office skills (experience with document tools and billing systems is beneficial) A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Why This Role?
