This exciting graduate scheme is designed for aspiring teachers looking to gain practical school-based experience before progressing onto a School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) pathway leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

The Role:

As a Maths Graduate, you will:

• Support students within Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Deliver targeted intervention sessions and small group support

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons

• Help improve student attainment, confidence, and engagement

• Support classroom management and student behaviour

• Gain first-hand experience within a secondary school setting

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A degree in Mathematics or a related subject

• A genuine interest in becoming a qualified teacher

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence working with secondary-aged students

• A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach

• Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or school experience is beneficial but not essential

Graduate Scheme & SCITT Pathway:
