£90-£105 per day- Full-Time

Key Responsibilities of a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Support children with a range of SEN needs in 1:1 and group settings.
- Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo.
- Encourage inclusion, independence, and engagement among pupils
- Adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needs
- Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress
Candidate Requirements:
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN
- Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential
