What you need to know

Hours: 20 hours per week (2 posts); 19 hours per week (1 post); 17 hours per week (1 post); 16 hours per week (1 post).All working a 3-week rota that includes evenings and weekends. Supply position (1 post).
Contract type:
Permanent
Staff Bank (work on an as-needed basis, ideal if you need flexibility)
Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. If you’re applying for a part-time or bank job, we will calculate your pay on a pro-rata basis. The hourly rate is £14.37 per hour.
Location:
At Kelvin Hall with excellent public transport links /paid parking nearby.
What you’ll do
As a Glasgow Life Activity Assistant, you’ll be a part of an established team, reporting to the duty manager. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the venue to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. With a strong focus on safety and customer service, you will assist customers in the safe and effective use of the facilities and promote the wide range of services on offer through excellent product knowledge, Your work will make a visible and lasting difference. We’re looking for:
Candidates with great customer service skills, ideally within a Climbing, Soft Play or catering/ hospitality environment.
A Playful and fun personality to ensure our visitors have a great day out.
Comfortable working at heights (there will be a practical element/ challenge at interview to test your comfort levels on the clip n climb wall!)
