Our client is an innovative organisation in the corporate world, working alongside the world's most vibrant brands. They are looking for an ongoing Temporary Reception Coordinator to join one of their stunning offices in Central London. This is an immediate start position and will continue ongoing, in a monthly rolling contract capacity. Responsibilities: Acting as the main point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing a personalised service Always greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner Responding to all client enquiries and requests, both online and in person Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring no clashes in the schedule Taking ownership of the front of house and communal spaces Ideal Candidate: 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role A natural people person withe excellent communication skills The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively A hands-on, positive attitude, the ability to problem solve and work independently Confident, personable, and a keenness to build meaningful relationships Strong academics If you are interested in the above role and have the necessary skills, then please don't hesitate to apply!
