This role supports a busy in‑house Talent Acquisition team within a leading hedge fund. You’ll be working closely with three London‑based TA professionals, covering experienced hires as well as global intern and graduate recruitment. The day‑to‑day is busy, varied and people‑focused - and high‑volume, high-pressure interview scheduling is a core part of the role. What you’ll be doing Owning high‑volume interview scheduling across multiple teams Managing diaries, changes and competing priorities in real time Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders Regularly speaking with people across all parts of the business - PMs, tech, ops, facilities and HR Supporting TA processes end‑to‑end and aiding how a best‑in‑class function operates Scheduling will make up a key part of your day, so resilience, organisation and attention to detail are essential.
