Hospitality Assistant London £29k- £30k - 9am to 5pm Global Finance Firm Hospitality Assistant needed - If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, a restaurant, café or coffee shop environment and are looking to move into a professional corporate office setting, this could be a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a friendly, proactive and hands-on Office Assistant to help support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy corporate office. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, suited to someone who enjoys being busy, helping people and taking pride in presentation and service standards. Duties may include: Preparing tea, coffee and refreshments for clients and meetings Setting up and checking meeting rooms before appointments Assisting with room layouts and ensuring rooms are presentation-ready Carrying out basic Wi-Fi and AV checks prior to meetings Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries Scanning, photocopying and general administrative support Restocking office and kitchen supplies Keeping shared areas tidy and organised Supporting office and reception teams with day-to-day tasks The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable and well presented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail or office support would be highly beneficial.
