Who we're looking for:
- Graduates (subject-related degree, advantageous) or professionals from other sectors
- Experience working or volunteering with young people (preferred)
- Strong communication and enthusiasm for education
- Understanding of safeguarding and willingness to complete KCSIE training (mandatory)
- Enhanced DBS Check holders will be fast-tracked
