ULMA, an internationally recognised leader in formwork, scaffolding and access solutions, is expanding into the UK with a newly established office in the South East. The business, which is NASC accredited, will be introducing its BRIO metric system scaffolding and is seeking an experienced, creative Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in building our presence and reputation in the market. This is a unique opportunity to join ULMA at an exciting stage of growth, where you will have real influence over sales strategy, customer engagement, and commercial success. The Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to grow ULMA’s footprint across the UK. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify opportunities, and help shape a modern, customer-centric sales approach. You will also be instrumental in establishing ULMA’s brand in the UK market, working closely with internal teams and international colleagues. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a strategic sales plan for the UK market.  Identify and secure new business opportunities across ULMA’s target sectors. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.  Promote a customer-first, solutions-led sales approach.  Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.  Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.  Represent ULMA at industry events and networking opportunities.  About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales role.  Background in scaffolding, formwork, system scaffolding or access solutions preferred.  Practical experience in the industry would also be a benefit. Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts.  Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.  Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously in a growing organisation.  Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.  Willingness to take a hands-on role in establishing a new market presence.  What We Offer Base salary £45-£55k depending on experience Significant and realisable commission-earning potential  Company car  Pension scheme  Private healthcare  The opportunity to shape and grow ULMA’s UK operations from the ground up  Why Join ULMA?
