JOB TITLE: Temporary Bookkeeper

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent

SALARY: £16ph to £18ph

TERM: Temporary - Immediate start!

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (could be flexible)

Office Angels are excited to be working with this expanding business based in Ashford in recruiting for a Temporary Bookkeeper. This role is covering a busy period so an immediate start is required.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

• Using Sage 50 - experience essential


• Processing invoices


• Raising credits for customers


• Chasing payments, handling invoice queries


• Passing invoices to Managers to approve payment


• Processing payments


• Bank Reconciliation


• Raising and chasing Purchase Orders


• Payroll


• Assisting the General Manager with accounts preparation as needed

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

• Have Bookkeeping/Accounts experience


• Are proficient using IT systems including Sage 50


• Are available to start a temporary role immediately
