While accuracy and systems are key, you will also be expected to be hands-on, particularly during busy periods. Peak season especially in the run-up to Christmas, is significantly busier, and flexibility will be required. Outside of peak, standard hours are typically 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. What do I need? * Experience in a food warehouse environment, ideally within pick and pack operations * Familiarity with warehouse systems and translating orders into operational plans * Basic to intermediate Excel skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data * A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to support on the floor * Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude * Flexibility to support peak trading periods The Opportunity * Salary: £28,000 * A varied role combining operations, stock control, and systems * Opportunity to learn and develop across multiple areas of the business * A growing company with increasing volumes and long-term potential If you're someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and getting stuck into operations, this could be a great fit.
