Position: Front of House Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Location: Burnopfield (Free onsite parking)
Salary: £12.89 per hour paid weekly through OA
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP
What You'll Do:
As the Front of House Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of our organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering the mainline phone and directing calls appropriately.
- Meeting and greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Providing general support to the team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Using your initiative to tackle challenges and deliver competent support.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience within similar customer service or Front of House roles is preferred.
- Resilience and the ability to handle a busy work environment.
- Strong initiative to proactively assist the team and customers.
- A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Competence in multitasking and managing various tasks efficiently.
Due to the location of this role, holding a valid driving licence would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
