Associate Dentist – Tuffley Dental Practice We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our friendly and well-established team at Tuffley Dental Practice. We are an independently owned practice with a balanced mix of 50% NHS and 50% private work, proudly serving our local community and families across generations. We benefit from an extremely loyal patient base, a fully booked diary, and a growing private waiting list, offering excellent private earning potential. About the Practice Independently owned with a relaxed, supportive environment Fully digital, air-conditioned, and using SOE software Long-standing, experienced team of qualified nurses (many with 15+ years at the practice) Hygienist support No imposed targets – full clinical freedom Flexible materials ordering based on your preferences The Role Up to 3000 UDAs available at a competitive rate 50/50 private split Flexibility to reduce UDA target and focus more on private work if preferred Opportunity to undertake emergency care sessions (1 Saturday/month) at a day rate of £1000 Candidate Requirements GDC registered with a valid performer number A caring, patient-focused approach Strong general dentistry skills Team-oriented and personable Start Date Ideally starting in August with flexibility for the right candidate If this opportunity sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you.
