About the role We're looking for an energetic, positive and proactive Support Worker to join our welcoming team in BA1. You'll support four adults in their 40s-three women and one man-with learning disabilities, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and well-managed epilepsy. Shift patterns This is a 37.5-hour role worked across a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins: 7:00am - 3:00pm 3:00pm - 10:00pm 10:00am - 10:00am (next day) - includes sleep-in Sleep-in: 10:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep) Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
