Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Social Media Review Assistant to join our team! With the assistance of the Member Support Operations Manager, PR & Social Media Manager your role will monitor our social media’s (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and review site posts (trust pilot, google, Facebook) using a variety of community management platforms and provide agreed timely responses to both incoming social media contact. You will tag and save any posts that should be considered as a risk or provide a positive PR opportunity. And you will support the PR & Social Media team with monitoring conversations on social and digital media in the event of a crisis or issue. *Please note this is a fixed term role until the end of the year* Our Team Members are at the heart of what we do. About you: Previous experience of social media community management Marketing interest, such as related qualification or currently studying marketing related degree Experience working within a customer care environment and be able to show times you have provided fantastic customer service Excellent people skills with the confidence to communicate with senior management Strong organisational and administrative skills, as well as evidence of the ability to pay attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Join us and help us create a thriving and inclusive culture.
