The Ouse & Adur Rivers Trust is looking for a Catchment Coordinator to help drive collaborative, catchment-scale action across the Adur & Ouse. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a growing partnership, bringing together organisations, communities and stakeholders to turn shared ambition into real environmental improvements.
As Catchment Coordinator, you will support and develop the Adur & Ouse Catchment Partnership - strengthening relationships, broadening participation, and helping shape a clear, action-focused plans for the future. You’ll play a central role in translating these plans into coordinated projects, working groups and practical delivery on the ground.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can organise and facilitate effectively, and is motivated to make a tangible difference. You’ll have a strong interest in rivers and catchments, and be comfortable working across a complex mix of organisations, priorities and perspectives—bringing people together to build momentum and deliver action.
You’ll be joining a small, ambitious and supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering evidence driven, practical environmental improvements.
