The Corporate and Professional Services departments are the cornerstone of the University. They each provide essential and valuable support to both each other and the Academic departments, helping the University to function in the most efficient and productive way, ensuring that the students’ experience is second to none. About the role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fundraising Administrator . This role plays a crucial part in delivering excellent stewardship to donors, ensuring accurate records, and providing administrative support. Working closely with fundraisers, alumni colleagues, and colleagues across the University, the postholder will help to ensure that donations are processed accurately, data is maintained to a high standard, and supporters receive a positive and professional experience. Key Responsibilities Process donations accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and data protection regulations. Maintain and update records on the University’s CRM/database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Support the preparation of donor acknowledgements, thank-you letters and stewardship communications. Provide administrative support for fundraising activities and events. Assist with gift agreements, reporting schedules, and basic financial reconciliation in collaboration with Finance colleagues. What can we offer you?
