📌 Sales Administrator - Immediate Start
📍 Team Valley, Gateshead
⏰ Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
💰 £14.29ph paid weekly through OA
📅 ASAP Start | 🏢 Office-based (39 hours per week)
🖋️ Temporary with potential for permanent placement after 3-6 months.
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, including:
- Managing Incoming Enquiries: Handle emails and telephone calls from our valued commercial customers with professionalism and care.
- Job Logging and Creation: Use Simpro (similar systems to Job Logic or Big Concept) to log and create jobs.
- Experience with the named tools is a bonus, but not essential!
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule jobs and arrange appointments with talented field engineers efficiently.
- General Administrative Tasks: Utilize Excel and other tools to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
- Team Player: Bring a "can-do" attitude and flexibility to chip in with various tasks as needed within our small but mighty team.
- Ordering Supplies: Help keep the team well-equipped by ordering uniforms and supplies when required.
Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience within a similar Sales Administration or Service Co-ordinator role is preferred but not essential.
- Proactive and Positive: You approach challenges with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a busy environment and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team Player: You appreciate collaboration and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
- Good Communicator: You express yourself clearly, whether in written correspondence or on the phone.
