About the company

A forward-thinking recruitment agency based in Salford Quays who are seeking an Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join their contracts team on a permanent full time basis.

The Role

The client is looking for a confident, resilient, and people-focused candidate resourcer ideally from a recruitment, call centre or high-volume customer service background. You will spend your day speaking with potential candidates, qualifying interest, and building rapport.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates to engage and qualify candidates.


• Build strong, professional relationships with candidates through confident phone communication


• Use AI-powered recruitment tools to prioritise and engage high-quality candidates


• Conduct initial candidate screenings and gather key information


• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact onwards


• Consistently work towards daily and weekly activity targets

What they are Looking For

• Proven experience in a high-level outbound calling role (25 per day)


• Previous experience in recruitment, call centre or a sales environment.


• Confident, professional and engaging telephone manner


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Resilience, motivation and comfort working to targets


• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
