Stipendiary Lecturer in Law 10-hour Stipendiary Lecturer in Law BRASENOSE COLLEGE, OXFORD UNIVERSITY 10-HOUR STIPENDIARY LECTURER IN LAW Brasenose College, in association with Worcester College, wishes to appoint a 10-hour Stipendiary Lecturer in Law from 1st October 2026 to 31st December 2026 to cover research leave. The person appointed will co-ordinate with the Law Fellows and Lecturers to teach approximately 10 students for each college in the FHS Trusts paper and to mark collections in Land Law from students in both colleges.  The Lecturer will also participate in student admissions and assist generally in the running of Law in collaboration with the Law tutors. The salary will be within the range of £9,391 – £10,371 for the term, according to qualifications and experience. Note that this is a 0.33 Grade 5 appointment. The post is tenable from 1st October 2026 to 31st December 2026. This is a teaching-only post and the salary scale will be within the range of £9,391 – £10,371 for the term, plus allowances, according to qualifications and experience. Note that this is a 0.33 Grade 5 appointment. The appointee will have the option of becoming or remaining a member of the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS). The salary range requires candidates to have the right to work in the UK since the salary will not meet the UKVI’s minimum threshold to enable a Skilled Worker Visa appointment. Since this is a teaching-only position, candidates must be available to start by the specified start date.
