Key Responsibilities: Safeguard and Support People at Night: Remain awake and alert throughout the night shift, ensuring the safety and well-being of people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Maintain a Safe and Calm Environment: Ensure the environment is clean, safe, and peaceful to support uninterrupted rest for the people we support. Carry Out Night Duties and Record-Keeping: Complete cleaning tasks, health and safety checks, and accurately document care using digital systems such as Nourish. Work as part of a team, attend handovers, and report any concerns or incidents to the Senior Support Worker or Team Leader promptly. About You: You are open to completing training, including the Care Certificate, and continuously improving your knowledge and skills. You work well with others and can communicate clearly and sensitively with colleagues, families, and people we support. You can adapt to changing situations and take initiative when required, maintaining a calm and professional approach.
