Recruitment Resourcer

Independent recruitment agency for construction and transport to industrial and Soft FM & Office Support personnel is seeking an experienced Resourcer to join a busy Driving & Industrial team.

Key duties will include:

• Resourcing of temp HGV/LGV Drivers, Van, Minibus & Forklift Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Picker Packers & Freezer Operative etc. for client requirements.
•  Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
•  Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, referrals, and advertising.
•  Referencing and checking workers have RTW/PPE to be on-site.
•  Receiving and reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates.

Person skills:

• Previous resourcing experience within the Driving or Industrial sectors. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Consistent working history.

Salary to £30,000 + Bonus Scheme + 25 days holiday + Benefits + Team Events + Career progression to Account Manager.
