Job Description

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bristol. In this role, you’ll support pupils to grow in confidence, feel capable, and approach learning with a positive mindset in the classroom or in smaller support settings. The Role This is a varied SEN support role where every day brings something new. You’ll be working alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and support staff to help pupils engage with learning in a way that suits their individual needs. You may be supporting Pupils with Autsim (ASC), including those who benefit from a structure environment and visual support Children with ADHD and attention needs Speech, language and communication difficulties What your day might look like Leading small group activities Supporting pupils to engage and stay on track 1:1 support for pupils with EHCP's Working within resource bases or quieter provision areas where needed What we're looking for Solid experience supporting children with SEN Confident in managing behaviour calmy and proactively A genuine passion for supporting children, ensuring they feel included and valued Why Protocol Education?
