There is multiple roles available and part time hours may be considered. The role includes caring for patients who are approaching the end of life. It involves working on a one to one basis ie spending a full shift with one patient, in their own home. You will be working without close supervision, and will therefore need to use your own initiative, whilst following the patient's care plan. You must also be passionate about making a difference to people’s lives, helping them to live as well as possible and to die with dignity.
