An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic, forward thinking Dispensary Team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and ambitious pharmacy technician to participate in and support the provision, development and leadership of our well established team. This is a fixed term post for 12 months for maternity leave cover. Applications are welcome from candidates interested in full and part time hours, and from technicians practising in community pharmacy who wish to gain hospital experience. Main duties of the job You will undertake a wide range of tasks within the dispensary and take a lead in a specific area. Provides day-to-day management for the group of technical staff. To participate in the recruitment and selection of dispensary and other pharmacy staff including the chairing of selection panels.
