We are recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our service in St Marys Bay. About the Service: Bright Care is a warm residential care home supporting 5 service users. They enjoy venturing out into the community. taking part in activities, going to the beach, bowling, going out for meals and picnics. Accessing the New Romney Hythe and Dymchurch railways to visit the local areas. Supporting service users to attend day care throughout the week. Bright care Residential Service is located at St Mary's Bay, the service is a detached chalet bungalow situated within quiet residential area. The service users enjoy spending time in their beautiful garden, growing fruit vegetables and plants and taking part in many of the activities such as football, bowling and swing ball, access to the garden is via their wheelchair ramp. The Role You will: Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing Support activities, appointments, and community access
